Disarranging Mine

I really just want to connect with someone. And it seems impossible to connect with the one person I want to connect with. I'm sad.

Anyway, on to other things. An interesting article in today's local paper talks about author Gail Pursell Elliott and her book, "Mobbing: Emotional Abuse in the American Workplace". The title is self-explanatory. The article discusses how emotional abuse among employees is harmful to a business's bottom line. If that's the focus it takes to change this behavior, then fine.

Fortunately for me, most of my work experience has been in "one-man one-girl" offices. But, the one office I did work at in Chicago where mob mentality ran amuck, I found my own niche where I didn't have to deal with those who would try to put me down. I set myself apart from the mobsters. Maybe I should write a book about it. Ya think? Editing on the sly. Again. Starting over. Oops.

Hopefully this'll be the last post about this project and I can move on to other things. Maybe. Maybe not. Checking. And go..... One more time.......

Made a few more changes. I don't know if I'm going to like this or not. Fickle? Perhaps. Well, I'm just used to doing things my own way. Even when they're wrong. And it's difficult to change.

I had to fix one more thing. Checking it, and now I'm really going to take a nap. Maybe I'll get it right one of these days.....

Okay. It's not doing exactly what I want it to do. But I suppose it's better than nothing for now.

Making this one last post to see if the archive thing works. Then, I'm taking a much needed nap.

Be back later tonight.

It's Saturday afternoon, and once again I've spent way too much time on this project.

I set up my settings and templates and stuff, and when I click to save the settings, I get this:

Microsoft VBScript runtime error '800a0009'

Subscript out of range: 'arThisBlog(...)'

/blog_edit-action.pyra, line 226

Well, I guess I'll see it it works, and I guess I'll see if that blockquote thing works too.
