Disarranging Mine

It's less taxing to write about computer things and news things than to write about....

I'd like to take this opportunity to thank Joel at Pax Nortona for kindly linking to my journal. How he found me or why he decided to link to me in the first place, I never knew. When I first discovered his link, I sent him an e-mail through his contact page, but I suspect he may have deleted it was possible spam. I get that a lot.

If I ever had a son, I would have named him Joel. My mother's brother's middle name was Joel. Unfortunately, he passed away before I was born. In my seventh grade math class, the kid that sat in front of me was named Joel. I don't think we had any other classes together. After seventh grade, I lost track of him. He may have left the school district for all I know. This kid was different from the other guys in the class. He was soft-spoken and gentle and I think he may have been misplaced in this particular math class (or, possibly, it was the only math offering). He most certainly was a certifiable super genius. I wonder where he is now.

You just can't seem to drink me off your mind...

AMC is showing "Gimme Shelter" right now. You don't have to be a fan to appreciate the learning experience. It's history, ya know.

Hey, cool! George Lucas was one of the cameramen.

Sock it to me Tina. I wonder what she's on.

The blue light was my baby and the red light was my mind...

Nite nite Hamp.
