Writers

Joseph Epstein, a teacher at Northwestern University and writer of 14 books with number 15 on the way, advises in the New York Times that those of us who think we have a book to write, don't write it.

Think You Have a Book in You? Think Again

Well, hello, Mr. Epstein. That sounds a bit snobbish, don't you think? Oh, look. Mr. Epstein's latest book is entitled Snobbery: The American Version.

My advice? Everyone who thinks they have a book in them should write that book. I'm sure going to.

I agree. Writers should never be discouraged. Nothing inflames me more than someone attempting to squash someone's creativity. Be it good or bad, who cares? What a snot you are, Mr. Epstein.
