Clean hands

Yes, please wash your hands. I'm sort of a clean hands nut.

Found this article by Sour Mash with a Twist, "For Good Health: Please Wash Your Hands"
via Christine who found it via Silflay Hraka.

Unfortunately, my office has a couple major problems in the hand washing department. First major problem: The hot water heater doesn't work and my boss isn't getting it fixed or replaced.. We have six sinks and a bathtub in the building. Three of the sinks are on my floor. The sink in the only bathroom on my floor doesn't work at all. There's a little kitchette type thing with a sink in the office across from the bathroom. But that office is occupied by a lawyer who rents space in the building. I'm just not inclined to go barging in his office to wash my hands. There is a little tiny sink in the deposition room which is right next to my office. I can usually get in there to wash my hands. However, someone keeps taking the paper towels, so after I wash my hands with really cold water, I just shake them all over the place until they're dry. Those antibacterial non-water hand wash gels are okay in a pinch, but they make my hands feel tacky. Usually, I keep a supply some kind of "wet ones" in my desk. That does the trick. What's the first thing I do when I get home? Wash my hands with hot soapy water.

Aww. I just read a few entries on Sour Mash's blog, and now I think I'm going to cry.
