Can I get a benefactress?

I never really understood poets and poetry. Of course, I never really tried. Apparently, Ruth Lilly, the last surviving heir to the Eli Lilly pharmaceutical fortune, has a better understanding of poetry than I do. And, she has a whole hell of a lot more money than I do. According to a New York Times article, she is making a bequest to Poetry Magazine that could exceed $100,000,000.00 over a 20 year period. Wowee Zowee! That is some serious money.

Maybe now would be the time to apply for a refund for the twenty gazillion bottles of Eli-Lily insulin I've used over the past five years. That company name just strikes a nerve with me. Insulin monopoly anyone?
