Erroristicly speaking

While reading A Whole Lotta Nothing on Fred Durst using the word "agreeance" at the Grammies, I came upon a link to Common Errors in English.

Rarely do I point out someone's gramatical error, whether written or spoken. One reason for that is, I make some of the same errors. And I really don't need to be corrected. "Cuz, like, I already know. Liken it to telling me I have a run in my stockings. Yeah, uh huh, it was there when I put them on this morning. Why do people do that? In conversation, it's pointless. Another reason is, 99.9% of the time, I know what the person actually meant even if they didn't say it correctly. Yet another reason is, who cares?

There is one written word, though, that makes me just a little crazy: Noone. For instance, if someone writes, "Noone came to my party." My reaction is, hey, cool! Peter Noone of Herman's Hermits came to your party! Wow! You're lucky. The standard reply to my reaction is usually, "who?"

Note: If you hear me saying any of these erroneous words and phrases, you've got really good hearing.

ROFL.. OH BOY can I relate to this.. Im the world worst speller. Its not because I don't know how to spell the word in most cases. Its just that Im typing so fast the I spell the word as it sounds rather than correctly. I go back and check it afterward and see it and then wonder WTF? LOL.. thats not how you spell wunder... or whether..as in "Hows the weather"? Of course there are those words that always give me hell.. like your yours and You're and too and to and if I don't stop and think.. no and know.. not to mention particular and perticular. ugh. LOL. Once and awhile someone will correct me and it only makes me feel stupid.
