Fly a way

One of the things I do in my new job is make a lot of travel arrangements. A real lot. This isn't really anything new to me. The first job I had in Chicago involved making a lot of travel arrangements. That was over 20 years ago. I haven't done a lot in this department since then. What is new, is how airline reservations are made now. Totally different. Things have changed a lot since those days.

Unrelated, but sorta related, to all that, I stumbled upon AirNav.com today. This has nothing to do with how I make airline reservations. I just thought it was interesting. For instance, you can click on the Airports tab and discover all kinds of valuable information regarding any airport in the states or U.S. territories. If you don't know your airport FAA code, you can browse by state or territory.

I find this totally fascinating that this information is so easily available on the Internet.
