POWs and the Geneva Convention
Andrew Cohen, an attorney with CBS News, has a good, concise analysis about prisoners of war relative to the situation in Iraq now. And yes, Iraq is a party to the convention.

Personally I don't think they give 2 hoots about the GC and I'll be very surprised if these prisoners ever return home. Thanks for the link.

Hmmm, by reading the GC, it seems that the US doesn't care about the GC either.
