Law links

Some interesting law sites I've been reading:

SCOTUSblog - A blog chronicling the goings on in the U.S. Supreme Court and cases possibly going up to the Court and more.

FantasyCourt.com - A web site where you can take a shot at predicting the outcome of cases in front of U.S. Supreme Court. The site also provides links to research the cases. From the registration page, "Non-attorneys are not eligible to participate." But, don't let that stop you from playing on your own.

Both of those found while reading The Trademark Blog. But, how I ever found that, I'm not sure.

Speaking of trademarks, if you're in Springfield and find yourself in need of some patent and trademark research, the Illinois State Library holds one of about 85 patent and trademark repositories in the country. You can't check out the materials, but you can make copies.
