Online software auctions

This is something I don't quite understand. I'm wondering if there's something illegal going on here. There's an auction on eBay for Adobe Photoshop 7.0 for Windows. From the auction ad:

This is not a trial/evaluation version, it's the registered version. This program costs $609.00 from the Vender & major stores. You're getting it here for only $200.00 that's less than 1/3 of the normal price!!!

I will deliver this to you via eMAIL within 24 hours of auction close. So there will be NO shipping & you will have it sometimes within minutes (Depending if I'm online)

If you have any questions or are wanting some other kind of software eMAIL me. (I have about every kind of software out, at cheap prices.)

Something just doesn't seem right about that. The auction has two hours to go as of this time.

Wow, I'd say there's something fishy going on! It worries me that there are not stricter policies on Ebay to make it more difficult for people to sell pirated software. When I bought Dreamweaver and Fireworks, I was tempted to buy them on Ebay, but couldn't do it. I ended up paying $400 but it was worth it. :)

if it doesn't seem right, it usually isn't ;-)
