Switching computers

This computer is not doing well at all. Little things (floppy drive, keyboard, parallel port, graphics card, monitor, power switch, more that I can't even think of right now) have been failing for about the last year or more. Most of which I've been able to work around or do without. I may be getting a new computer this week. If so, here are two Langa articles from the current newsletter for future reference:

Ten Ways To Make Windows XP Run Better

System Setup Secrets For Windows XP

Thank you for the links, I get the Langa List but I filter it and then never get around to reading it.

When looking for a new computer check out ABS , I love my new computer and have had absolutely no problems. You get a big notebook with all the restore disks and even their cheap computers use Raid.

Good Luck,
Katherine
