The Committee to Draft Tony Blair is seeking the Democratic nomination of Tony Blair for President of the United States in 2004 (http://blair2004.com/). Well, that is good news. The committee easily dispenses with the citizenship problem:

In the world of political parody and symbolism, citizenship is not an issue.

Bummer. But, no problem here. Not only do I enjoy a good parody, I often find parody where none is intended. Hence, I can often be found laughing my head off during a serious conversation or at funerals and such.
