Too early for snow

From RSSweather for Springfield as of 9:30 p.m. CST:

Overnight...Mostly cloudy. A chance of sprinkles or flurries. Lows in the lower 30s. South winds around 5 mph.

Snow in October is just more than I can handle. Plus, I seem to have left my coat wherever I wore it at the end last winter. And, I can't remember where that was.

P.S. To everyone affected by the fires in California right now, I'm thinking about you and sending good thoughts your way. Be safe.

Awesome! I thought we were experiencing a cold snap when it got down into the 40's here a couple of nights ago, but I think you take the cake. First snows are the best...

Oh, and I hope you can find your coat!

I'd rather have snow than this horrible heat! :) We were still in the 90s last week! Just icky...
