The Washington Post takes us on a tour of the home where Saddam Hussein was hiding at the time of his capture.

On top of the dresser, a silver picture frame sat with the factory-printed photo still inside -- a brown-haired man embracing a pretty blonde.

I can’t help but think this was someone’s house before. Who lived there? What were the circumstances of their departure? Were they killed in the war? Were they ousted so the former dictator could have a place to crash and hide? Did they volunteer their home? Was that factory photo in the silver frame theirs? Or was that something Saddam toted around with him everywhere he went? If they’re still alive, did they see their house on TV on Sunday?
