Citizen Clinton

Speaking at the 2004 Democratic Convention.

And the crowd goes wild.

Presidents from Massachusetts. John Adams. John Kennedy. John Kerry.

Encouraging a positive campaign. Aids to global warming to security in the Mideast. Global economy. People all across the world. Create a world where we can celebrate our differences because our common humanity matters most of all.

Democrats believe the role of government is to give people the tools to create their own lives. On the other hand, Republicans believe government should be run by the right people – their people. Republicans need a divided America.

The president and his allies chose to make their own gain from the momentum that was brought about by September 11th.

Clinton is in the top one percent of taxpayers for the first time in his life. The rest of us are paying the bill for the president's tax cuts.

America works better when people have a chance to live their dreams.

Kerry's war record. John Kerry came from a privileged background. He could have skipped out on the war in Vietnam. Instead, he said, "send me."

Edwards and Kerry will stand up to the terrorists. "Strength and wisdom are not opposing values." Good people with good ideas. Economy. Fiscal responsibility. Social security. Health care. Environment. Rally the world to our side.

At every turning point in our history, we the people have chosen unity over division. Strengthen the bonds of our community. Choose to perform a more perfect union. We are all in this together.

Send John Kerry.
