There was a balloon crisis after John Kerry's speech. Quote. We need more balloons. "What the fuck are you guys doing up there." Live on CNN.

EDIT a few minutes later. The air is thick with balloons and confetti. Perhaps the balloon engineer was asleep at the balloon switch.
