Electoral vote 41 days to go

With a whole bunch of new polls coming out, the numbers are evening out a little at the EVP 2004:

  • Friday, August 27, 2004: Kerry 270 | Bush 259 (Kerry + 11)
  • Sunday, August 22, 2004: Kerry 286 | Bush 233 (Kerry + 53)

Numbers, my friend, numbers. Actually, I think 30 new polls released their numbers yesterday. That could be it, or just the fact that anyone can make numbers do anything. I think it's interesting, either way.

You're right, Marie. Here's the sobering thing: We're gonna be sitting in front of the tube the night of Nov. 2 and morning of Nov. 3, and the picture may not be a whole lot clearer. Interesting times.
