Tea

tea.jpg

This was a very sharp, yet pleasant, cranberry rasberry tea.

Whenever things get settled down around here, I'm going to start experimenting with making my own flavored teas.

I love tea. I drink it every day, and have for years.

I like a mix of green, and red teas the most.

I also like to mix green with black flavored teas.

I brew it, then chill it in the fridge, and pour it into a tall glass filled with ice.

There's something very primal about tea.

I always drink decaf - as I drink way too much to handle the buzz from regular tea.

I also must admit, I'll take decaf sugar-free soda and use it to top off a glass of tea. This results in a unique mix of familiar, yet interesting flavors. The usual pop suddenly becomes complex, and sophisticated.

Green, white, and Red teas are excellent for the health as well.

You have a really nice blog. I like your style of photos and written materials. I'm going to try and free myself up enough to do the same.

Your artistic approach is very much appreciated.

Thanks for including my blog in your recent list of local blogs. As soon as I can figure out how to add a permanent list (mine keeps disappearing) to my blog I will add your link to my site.

Tea has such a calming effect. Sometimes just the smell helps. I keep a small can of black tea leaves on my desk at work just for sniffing in high stress situations. It really works.

Thanks JP, for your really kind words. I have so much enjoyed your blog, too. What you wrote about yesterday was probably the most amazing thing I've read in a long time.
