Baby can I drive your forklift

Obscure semi-heavy equipment machinery ostensibly awaiting auction on the grounds of state surplus warehouse. Forklift: The new Hummer. Ah, to have one of these parked in the driveway of your upper middle class suburban white bread neighborhood.

I would love to have a forklift. As a way to deal with the shocking road hogs out there.

When I was in college I worked in a factory that manufactured pool chemicals. I loaded semis using one that was a bit smaller. We called them "hi-lows". Probably as clever a name as fork lift. Well, maybe not.

Would make running out to get some groceries a much more interesting experience.
