- These days, a sugar high refers to the price of sugar
- Candy is big business
- There were 10,170 confectionary workers in Cook County in 1995
- By 2004, there were only 5,378

Interesting about the Chicago confectionary worker numbers. I imagine that losing Fannie Mae and local production of Marshall Fields Frango line might have had an impact on that (maybe if I read the article I'll find that out).

I don't think it mentioned anything about Frango, which kind of surprised me.
