Selling drugs on the phone

Someone with a barely understandable accent just called here selling generic prescription medications. "What prescription drugs do you take?" You've got to be kidding me. Where are you calling from? "International Drug Mark." Never heard of it.

Assuming International Drug Mark is a legitimate company, what makes them think people will give them a list of their prescription drugs over the phone? Is this a good way to market generic drugs? The drugs someone takes is highly personal information that should be held in confidence only between a patient, a doctor, and a pharmacist. And now a telemarketer comes along and thinks they're entitled to that information? How ridiculous.
