Yellow thing on wheels

Spotted yesterday on the sidewalk at the 11th & Stevenson Qik-N-Ez gas station. But, not at the gas pump.

That might explain the reaction of the guy when I tried to talk to him about it. He quickly blurted, "it's my sister's." Yeah, right.
