Pink ruffles

Beauty found in the back alley of some forlorn Springfield neighborhood.

Listening to a very poorly recorded, but toe-tappingly riveting, copy (cough) of Ringo Starr and Cilia Black singing a duet of "Act Naturally," year unknown. They must be doing some kind of comedy act along with the song, because a couple different times, the audience bursts out in laughter. Was this on TV? Does anyone know anything about this?
