Remembering the tornado
A year ago this evening, I lived blogged the tornado. After I clicked the send button on my last entry, I began typing my next. It went something like, "It sounds like there's a locomotive going over my house." But, then the power went out, and the tree in the backyard cracked, and I never got to publish that entry.

Tornadoes scare the living daylights out of me. I'll take an earthquake any day over a tornado, thankyouverymuch.
