Is this Springfield's version of Buckingham Fountain?

Hehe. This fountain has something Buckingham doesn't have. Fishing. Sad fishing. But, fishing nonetheless.
At about 100 x 400 feet and four feet deep (guessing on the dimensions), it's on the site of the former Allis Chalmers a/k/a Fiat Allis. Long since torn down to make way for a light industrial park.
