Italianate [Updated]

Sixth and Jackson, Springfield, Illinois. I read once that this was the last standing Italianate building in Springfield.
Update: I heard from Russ of Springfield Rewind. The place is known as the Booth House. He has a photo of another angle from 1918 (mouse over the photo to see a current shot). Thank you, Russ. I was hoping you'd have something to say about this place.

Joliet still has at least one that I'm aware of:

Edwin Porter was a brewery tycoon, whose son built the house we live in now. Edwin Porter's house has been subdivided into apartments but the exterior still has a lot of its old beauty.

Looks like it's been modernized a tad.
