isn't that the army surplus joint? i've been there a couple times and it's always seemed unreasonably paranoid.

Yeah, that place on South Sixth. I was in there once a long time ago just to look around. It kind of gave me the creeps.
Anyone working for the media isn't a real American.

Probably been up since the were involved in the whole Capitol shooting. Their store did not come out of the whole mess looking too swift.

I would have guessed a gun shop, though an Army Surplus store would be equally creepy, since they'd also carry the provisions that the survivalists are looking for.

We went to the Army Surplus store back in ... what ... 2005? I was looking for a Marine Corps cling to replace the one my Dad had on his truck. They had it ... but, man ... there's a WEIRD vibe going on in there. Very Dale Gribble ...

I remember that going up after the Capitol shooting. Last time I was in there I overheard a local law enforcement officer using racial slurs to describe Obama.

Yes, this is the place on South 6th Street. They sell both Army/Navy surplus and firearms.
Very paranoid. I once waited in the car while someone I took there shopped. One of the guys that works there came outside and made a show of cleaning the door while making sure I could see his holstered gun while I sat in the car. Like I was going to try something....
I don't think they ever fully recovered (emotionally) from the murder at the Capitol.
Will, yep. I've heard that too - not just about Obama.
