The price of staying relevant in Illinois politics

On October 30, 2008, Springfield's Bill Cellini was indicted in federal court in Chicago for "one count each of conspiracy to commit mail fraud, extortion conspiracy, attempted extortion and soliciting a bribe." On Friday, he pleaded not guilty.
