Walk across America

I'm following the travels of a fellow named Matt, as he walks from Rockaway Beach, New York to Rockaway Beach, Oregon. He's on day 65 and he's in Kellogg, Minnesota. Not sure where he goes from there, but he looks to be heading your way, Dave.

He's down in a beautiful part of the country, Marie. The rolling hills and river bluffs of SE Minnesota are still a bit of a secret. I sent him an email that he can crash here if he gets up to the Twin Cities.

Oh, that is so generous of you, Dave. I hope he writes back.

What a great walk. He's in a gorgeous area of the country. My cousin lives near Lake Pepin in Stockholm, WI. Last time I was there, I just wanted to stay. That's about where he is now. I envy him and not only for being able to walk that far. Hope he hooks up with you, Dave.

I haven't heard from him, but that's okay I guess, since now I'm pretty much out of time. It sounds like he's being well taken care of by my fellow Minnesotans though, so no worry.
