Park scene

Our story opens with a middle-aged woman sitting in her car in the park, eating a slice, drinking an iced tea, engrossed in the book she's reading, enjoying the quiet, the solitude. There's a tap on the window.

Cop: What are you doing here?
Her: Reading my book (shows him the book).
Cop: Let me see your driver's license and proof of insurance.
Her: Am I doing something illegal?
Cop: We get a lot of kids in here smoking dope.
Her: Well, I'm not smoking anything and I don't think I look like a kid, but here's my stuff, anyway.
Cop: Keep your hands where I can see them.
Her: You're kidding, right?

He goes back to his squad car with the red and blue lights flashing, and runs it through his system, presumably.

Cop: Here's your license and insurance back. Everything's fine.
Her: That's good to know. Just out of curiosity, what was it that made you think there might be a warrant out on me?
Cop: Nothing. We just get a lot of kids in here....
Her: I know, smoking dope.

This has been a work of fiction. Maybe.
