Welcome back, baby

Eleventh Street. I got a new car battery this afternoon. And not a moment too soon. I knew it was going low when I left the office last night. The "rrrrwll rrrrwll rrrrwll" sound when I turned the key was a dead give away. When I woke up this morning and saw that the temperature was 3 degrees, I was sure it would be dead. But, again with the "rrrrwll rrrrwll rrrrwll" and it hung in there for me. So, when I left work early today, that now familiar "rrrrwll rrrrwll rrrrwll" told me it was the last time. So, I headed over to Staab. After confirming what I suspected ("it won't even hold a hundred amp"), I was in and out in ten minutes. That is fabulous service. (This is not a paid endorsement. Also, in case I haven't mentioned it before, which I'm sure I have, this is where I bought every replacement battery since I started driving, which was a long time ago.)
